About

Living Communities CIC

We’re professional artists,  designing workshops and community focused creative projects. Our super-power is finding and working with underserved or underrepresented communities.

We’ve worked with isolated older people, families seeking asylum, neuro diverse children & adults, individuals struggling with mental health, low income families and those that don’t identify as Caucasian.

Our aim is to build community and connection empowering those that are not served or represented fairly to build a more inclusive society where everyone is seen and heard.

We are based in Bexhill-On-Sea (East Sussex) and Tooting (South London) but very happy to travel pretty much anywhere. We love to collaborate, we love a workshop and have a vast amount of knowledge of working with all ages, from 0 – 108 years.

Interested in working with us, want us to run a workshop or two, or to collaborate; we’d love to hear from you. Our Team, have different areas of expertise so we’ll connect you to the right person.

We are a Community Interest Company (CIC), not for profit so any funds we make are ‘put back in’ so we can continue to support our local communities particularly through the creative projects we run. We seek funding for these projects, via grants, donations, fundraising and earned income from The Living Room, a creative hub that we’ve recently opened in Bexhill. Any income made from this creative enterprise support our community projects.

If you would be interested in supporting us, we’d love to hear from you. You can see the Projects we have in the pipeline and hope to run very soon. There are a lot more… but that’s way too much for anyone to read right now.
